The Director of the Puerto Rican/Latin American Cultural Center (PRLACC) will promote holistic student success through an intentional approach to access and belonging. The Director, Student Services Program Manager 3, will work in deeply collaborative ways to: (1) create and develop opportunities for the Latina/e/o community at UConn; (2) develop and administer inclusive cultural and social support resources for Latina/e/o undergraduate and graduate students; (3) support and advocate for UConn students from Latina/e/o communities; (4) prioritize collaborations across the UConn community that support the success of Latina/e/o students; (5) ensure that services related to advising, academic support, and well-being support are available through PRLACC; and (6) support the growth and development of PRLACC, including by expanding the center’s presence across the University.

Assistant Clinical Professor - Maternal Health/Obstetrics and Gynecology in Storrs Campus
The University of Connecticut, School of Nursing invites applications for an Assistant Clinical Professor with clinical and teaching expertise in Maternal Health/Obstetrics and Gynecology. This is a full-time, 9-month, non-tenure track appointment with an expected start date of August 23, 2025. Under the direction of the Director of Pre-Licensure Programs, the faculty member will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses at the Storrs campus; supervise pre-licensure students in clinical work each semester; apprise each student of his or her clinical performance on a regular basis; conduct evaluation of individual students’ clinical performance via impromptu meetings and planned evaluation conferences; evaluate students’ written work; and participate in campus laboratory teaching experiences, as required.

Under the direction of the Chief Information Security Officer, the Network Security Engineer is responsible for the development and operation of UConn’s Network Security (NetSec) infrastructure and systems. The engineer deploys and manages highly available network security technologies to support secure networks and secure digital communication at the university. The role will assess, develop, deploy and maintain network security systems including firewalls, site-to-site VPN, client VPN, IDP, IDS, network detection and response (NDR), varied firewall rulesets, access control rulesets, and related systems.
