Working under the Building Services Manager, the successful candidate is accountable for acting as a lead custodian for a staff of four to nine custodians and the full range of basic tasks in cleaning and maintenance of the Student Union building. |

The successful candidates will provide instruction at the undergraduate level and will be assigned an annual teaching load of 21 credits (70% of workload) in business writing and communication across a variety of formats (two- and three-credit courses). In addition, individuals will be expected to contribute to scholarship (10% of workload) and service/outreach (20% of workload). |
